We were thrilled to staff “Behind the Layers” – a multi-sensory pop-up dining experience using innovative 360 projection technology and food innovation. And our staff were instrumental in surprising and delighting guests as they rediscovered the iconic taste of Ferrero Roche.
We hand-picked a dynamic, experienced team who delivered core elements of the experience including front-of-house hosts who managed bookings, the sampling and retail staff dedicated to stock management and purchase handling, and our fantastic dinner hosts who delivered an unforgettable dining experience.
Our staff would greet and guide groups of 12 through the experience set over two floors to explore the layers that make up Ferrero Rocher. They would then invite them to take their seats for the ultimate ‘chef’s table’ experience, again, facilitated by our brilliant team.
We delivered the full-package experience, treating guests to a Ferrero Rocher inspired cocktail, inspiring them to take selfies against one of the golden photo walls, and encouraging visitors to continue the experience at home by shopping the range.
We are proud to have played such a pivotal part in such a unique and memorable campaign, which generated 173 pieces of PR content and had a total reach of 3.7 million people.
