We had the exciting opportunity to work with Schweppes, providing mixologists to encapsulate the art of their products in serving refreshing and delicately balanced serves to thousands of people across a summer UK festival tour.
With a team of mixologists, an event manager as well as brand ambassadors, fresh from a day of Schweppes training, we hosted various festivals serving G&Ts to each customers’ taste as well as masterclasses to enjoy and learn about the brand and products.
Throughout the festival, guests could sign up to a G&T Masterclasses held every hour, where guests could take part in a blind tasting to find their perfect mix, as well as understanding what makes the perfect G&T.
Our fantastic ambassadors were always in the festival spirit, tasked with ensuring each class was fully booked every hour, with cocktails being perfectly served through the Schweppes ‘Mix Your Way’ bespoke system.
Alongside delivering the daily running of the classes, overseeing bar operations from a brand side, and assisting with cocktail service, we also helped to celebrate the 225th anniversary of Jacob Schweppes by serving their oldest cocktail, the Long Gin Fizz!
The festivals increased propensity for purchase in 76% of consumers & 97% for bartenders which re-established Schweppes position as the UK’s number 1 mixer brand.
